Nearly 200 days into the effort, Biden says it is more effective "than we
had hoped."
"Recovery act dollars are going farther and working harder than we
anticipated," Biden said in excerpts released in advance by his office.
This guy is awesome. Unemployment keeps going up, the commercial real estate market is on the verge of collapse, and other indicators are sketchy at best. Yet Biden is patting himself on the back for doing such a great job. I personally don’t think we’ve seen the worst of it yet. Prepare yourselves.
